A California Oak Expedition

slide 1I have been assembling a PowerPoint show over the past five months about all of the 2018 Conference field trips. I probably was one of very few people who came at the beginning and stayed through the entire two weeks. It has 62 animated slides totaling perhaps 400(?) images covering our entire time in the field there along with my four days of train rides there and back. Most are plants and places, with a few people shots added where appropriate. If you were there, you probably can find yourself in here and you surely will recognize some of the places and plants. All are captioned and the entire program is automated, so just start it and then sit back without further clicking. I want to thank those absolutely wonderful people who made this event possible and I dedicate this to them.

Click here to download the slideshow (PPT version 10 or newer works best with the animations). Enjoy!
