Love of Oak

Last week I went to an Art and Antiques Fair and found the scuplture ilustrated here.  The sculpture is called Love of Oak by Anne Gillespie. She has stuck acorns and twigs into resin and then cast the whole thing in bronze. It is quite weird because you reach out to touch expecting the feel of acorns and instead you get cold metal!
