Plant Focus
The only oak species endemic to Africa is rare in cultivation. It shouldn't be.
These pictures are loosely organized according to the different locations: a) Welcome dinner at Aiken Visitors Center, b) Oak plantings along Park Avenue and Beaufort Street, c) Hitchcock Woods, d) The Rye Patch and Hopelands Gardens, and e) Arboretum Trail along Colleton Avenue.
